The gym. The one thing I miss most today, the 32nd day of quarantine. I miss it so much I literally shed tears this morning. Yeah, had a good pity-party-cry-fest. And I realize to some it may sound ridiculous but the gym is my therapy. It’s my release. I love everything about it, the weights, the machines, the pushing of my limits…all of it. The gym keeps me strong both mentally and physically and today I just miss it terribly. So I’m flashing back to better days and giving a shout out to my fellow gym rats. Stay safe and healthy and I hope to see you for therapy soon-wink wink.
